6. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are exclusive of official DIP government fees unless stated otherwise. Government fees are paid directly to the DIP and are non-refundable once filed. Our service fees become due upon engagement and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly provided in your service agreement.
7. No Guarantee of Registration
While we apply our professional expertise to maximize your application's chance of success, we cannot guarantee that any trademark application will be approved. The decision to grant or refuse a trademark rests solely with the Thai Department of Intellectual Property. Refusals, oppositions, and office actions are part of the trademark process and are handled separately under the terms of your engagement.
8. Intellectual Property of the Site
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Bangkok Trademarks or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws.
