การจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า Costs

The full cost of trademark registration in Thailand has two components: professional service fees (what we charge to do the work) and government fees (what the Thai DIP charges to process your application). Here's how they break down.

Professional Service Fees

Our packages start at a fixed price for a single-class word mark filing and scale up based on complexity (more classes, logo + word, multiple jurisdictions, opposition defense, etc.). See our pricing page for current packages.

Government Fees (DIP)

The Thai DIP charges per class of goods/services. Fees include: application filing fee, registration fee (paid after approval), and renewal fee (every 10 years). Exact amounts are set by Thai regulation.

Hidden Costs to Avoid

Beware of providers who quote a low headline price then bill extras for "office actions," "classification advice," "publication fees," etc. We disclose all costs upfront.

The Cost of NOT Registering

Ransom payments to trademark squatters: tens to hundreds of thousands of baht. Forced rebranding (new website, new packaging, new marketing): can run into millions. Lost revenue during a forced rebrand: incalculable. Registration costs are a small fraction of these.
